Information we use

• Enquiries: your name or company, phone or WhatsApp number, optional email, delivery town, product choices, quantities, sizes, measurements, requirements and any reference images you submit.
• Accounts and applications: your email, account identifier, sign-in and verification status, assigned access, and the name and reason you provide when requesting Admin access. Supplier applications also include business and contact names, phone, email, address and supply details.
• Business records: products and photos, prices, stock sheets and quantities, batch and location details, customer and delivery contacts, orders, invoices, notes and the history of workspace changes.
• Technical information: sign-in sessions and records of workspace actions. The enquiry service uses hashes derived from contact details and an IP address to limit repeated submissions.

How the information is used

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, manage orders and invoices, maintain products and stock, review applications, and give approved users the appropriate workspace access. Technical records support sign-in, access controls and reliable submissions.

Access and service providers

Authorized Levels Print team members access records according to their role. Approved suppliers and partners access their own business and assigned enquiries, orders and invoices. Relevant customer contact details, requirements and reference images may therefore be available to the supplier assigned to an enquiry or order.

Approved product information, photos, prices and stock availability appear in the public catalogue. Enquiry reference images are supplied to authorized workspace users through temporary links.

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. Supabase provides sign-in, database services and file storage, and processes the password you enter for email sign-in. If you connect a publicly readable Google Sheets stock feed, its published contents are also accessible to anyone with that link.

Optional Google or Facebook sign-in

When an enabled Google or Facebook sign-in option is used, the provider and Supabase process the sign-in. Depending on the permissions you approve, Supabase may receive your provider account identifier, email and basic profile information, such as your name or profile picture. VaziPro uses your verified account identity to check workspace access.

Using a sign-in provider does not grant Admin or supplier approval. The available options are shown on the sign-in page. Your provider handles its own sign-in screen and privacy settings.

Information in your browser

The website remembers your language preference in local browser storage. The workspace stores its sign-in session in your browser and your selected application type for the current tab. Unsaved application drafts are held in page memory while you work.

Sign out when using a shared device. Clearing browser storage can remove local preferences and sign-in information; it does not remove records already submitted to VaziPro.

Questions, corrections and deletion requests

Contact Levels Print at vazipro.store@gmail.com about your information. Include an enquiry, order or account reference if you have one.

For account or data removal, follow our data deletion instructions. Sign-in information and shared business records are handled separately; disconnecting a provider does not automatically erase those records.
